Feasibility analysis
Artigiana Stampi thanks to own over forty years experience in the world of blow molds, manages to direct the customer in the right way for the realization of the product, supporting it also in the co-design and overall development phase of the project.
Design / 3D Modelling
Artigiana Stampi, with the help of competent personnel and various 3D design workstations, are able to give a geometric shape to what was agreed during the “feasibility analysis” phase, in this step the 3D design of the mold is done quickly and reliably.
Cad/cam 3D
Artigiana Stampi, after the design phase and with equally qualified personnel, starts the creation of the CAM toolpaths for each single component present in the mold project.
Milling
Artigiana Stampi with the help of various 3 and 5 axis milling stations, it is able to carry out the work necessary to obtain all the components of the mold.

Assembling
Artigiana Stampi thanks to own finishing department is preparing to assemble all the inserts and the various components that make up the mold, always paying attention to the quality of the finished product.
We have a press to test the match of our molds so that we can verify and ensure an optimal cutting of the spure from the piece.
Sampling / Testing
Artigiana Stampi can provide to the customer, if requested, the sampling, pre-series and production of the commissioned molds; in fact, making use of the collaboration and synergy at 360 degrees with the molding companies Sevenplast and Artiplast, we are able to give the customer a “turnkey” service.
Thanks to our blowmolding machines, we have the possibility to supply molded plastic products ranging from a minimum weight of 50 grams to a maximum of 14 kg
Quality Control
Artigiana Stampi after sampling is able to provide, if requested, a dimensional report of all the dimensions of the drawing, in order to verify if the dimensions of the piece are ok with the tolerances requested of the customer.
